Outcalls are available within 5 miles of NYC. Addional Pricing is depending on outcall location (based on travel time). 24 Hour advance notice preferred. 5ft by 8ft+ space thats open in your location is required to set up table.

What is a BioMat?
BioMat Therapy is a cutting-edge treatment that leverages the therapeutic benefits of far-infrared heat, negative ion technology, and amethyst crystals. This BioMat is laid under a sheet on the treatment table so you can enjoy its benefits during a session.

First Visit Arrival Policy:
It is recommended to arrive ten minutes prior to appointment time to be able to fill out the appropriate forms.
Cancellation Policy:
Bodylanguagestudios.com adheres to a 12-hour cancellation policy. Please email me at info@bodylanguagestudios.com if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to show, and any cancellations with less than 12-hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service.
Inclimate Weather Policy:
We understand that weather conditions can make it difficult to keep scheduled appointments. We are concerned with the safety of both our clients and our employees. In the case that inclement weather interferes with scheduled appointments at BLS will contact you to reschedule. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment due to weather conditions, please give us as much advance notice as possible. You will not be charged for rescheduling an appointment due to inclement weather.
Late Policy:
We will always do our best to accommodate tardiness, should the schedule permit, however full appointments are never guaranteed if late. Appointments past 20 minutes will be automatically canceled with no refund.
Illness:
If you are feeling an onset of illness within 12 hours of the appointment, please email Info@Bodylanguagestudios.com to reschedule your appointment. Our team will work with you to find a time that works best for the protection of you and our staff from the spread of illness. Massage increases circulation that may in turn help the infection increase the severity of the fever and or the infection.
Payment Method:
We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash, Apple Pay (via text), PayPal, Zelle, Venmo while in Person,
and Online Payments through the website.
Precautions:
If you’re pregnant, have allergies, medical conditions, or are taking medications, please consult with your physician to determine which services are right for you and be sure to inform your massage therapist before your service begins.
Personal Items:
Most services flow best without the interference of jewelry. We recommend leaving your valuables at home as we’re not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
Right of Refusal:
The Licensed Massage Therapist has the right to refuse service to any client. The LMT has the right to end the service for any reason and at any time with full payment of service.
Sexual conduct:
Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities under the guidelines of the onsite massage therapy policies and procedures. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs. Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is never appropriate.
Confidentiality and Conversation:
The discussion between the massage therapist and the client is confidential. The client may or may not choose to talk during the massage.
We are happy to listen to your conversation and share our professional expertise.
We prefer to not discuss topics of a political, religious or sexual nature.
We may be required to release records under a court order, or to your doctor.
We are obligated to report suspicion of child abuse to the proper authorities.
Respect of Client Boundaries:
In this partnership, it is important that the client is honest and open with the massage therapist.
Feedback about the effectiveness of the work, situations that may have been uncomfortable for you, massage techniques that you enjoyed, massage techniques that you did not like, etc., is very important. Please feel free to share this information with us, as you become aware of it.
If we do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable, tell us immediately. We will not be offended as we hold our massage therapy policies to a very high standard.
Respect for client boundaries is very important. To maintain respect for each client and establish professional boundaries the following massage therapy policies apply:
The client may choose to leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort.
The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be undraped. The clients will be kept informed of the area to be massaged.
The breast and genital area will not be massaged under any circumstances. Permission will be asked before working close to these areas; otherwise, a professional distance will be maintained.
Children, under the age of eighteen, will not be seen without a parent or guardian present in the therapy room.
The therapy room door is never locked.
The client may stop the massage at any time and is free to leave.
The client may refuse any massage methods.
Visitors may be present during the massage at your request. Please, no children under the age of twelve.
